What do the sessions include?
- Four* 1 hour coaching sessions with a professional, certified Nature-Connected Coach that we will hand pick for you.
- Each session is dedicated to coaching, where you will not only receive professional guidance on your goals but also witness the nature-connected coaching principles come alive in action!
- Freedom to incorporate into each session time for debriefing, which allows you to reflect, ask questions, and gain valuable insights from the perspective of the coach.

How to get started:
1. Complete a short survey to help us match you with your certified Nature-Connected Coach!
2. Once you've completed the survey, we will send you a simple disclosure agreement while we work to match you with a coach from our database.
3. When we've got you matched and you've returned the form, we will email you a brief introduction.
4. Your assigned coach will then reach out to initiate the coaching process! Your coach will discuss scheduling options that accommodate both of your availability.

*As an Introduction to Nature-Connected Coaching coach participant, four 1 hour sessions are included in the cost of the program. You have four months from the time you're matched to take advantage of this opportunity! If you find the sessions beneficial and wish to continue working with your coach beyond the four initial sessions, you and your coach are welcome to discuss ongoing coaching support outside of EBI.
