“I want to work in and with Nature to help others transform their lives.” This is what Debbie told me when she was applying for our coaching program.

Actually, this is what the whole comment sounded like: “For years I have been working a job that I thought was the ‘right thing to do,’ but it doesn’t feel aligned anymore. I want to work in and with Nature to help others transform their lives. I know Nature is an important part of my next step; I just don’t know how to make this happen.”

The last part of that – “...I just don’t know how to make this happen” – that's the scariest part, right? It takes the wind right out of the sails, even before there can be any forward movement.

While knowing "how" is essential, in the 15+ years that I have been helping people align their careers with Soul and Nature, I’ve discovered that something far more important needs to happen first: You need to give yourself the time to focus and harness the creative and inspiring energy that is driving this calling. That energy is like rocket fuel, and it will power the whole Vision into reality.
