What is the time commitment?
  • This is a self-paced program, so there is no rush to complete it by a certain time, and you have access to the live mentoring so long as the program is still offered!
  • Each video lesson is between 7–20 minutes long.
  • Practice is ongoing and encouraged daily.
  • Live video calls are optional and encouraged. They happen twice a month and are 90 minutes long.
  • All sessions are recorded and available at your convenience.
What if I don't have access to wild places?
