This month join Jen LeCompte, Nature-Connected Coach, educator and facilitator, as we dive deep into the pool of nervous system awareness with an exploration of Polyvagal Theory. We all have moments where an event or even a headline can kick us into a fight or flight mode. People can spend weeks or even years in a sympathetic state! This EBI Live will focus on utilizing polyvagal exercises to build resiliency in our nervous system, allowing us to respond with more awareness and ease. We will explore the core tenets of how the state of our nervous system affects our ability to connect, as well as how to change your state in as little as 30 seconds. We hope to see you there!
